What To Expect
What to Expect: Steps 1 - 10

Step 1: Set up Initial Appointment
            - Design Representative will come to your site (home / business / etc) for initial   information, measurements, and photos

Step 2: Design Representative will Call to Setup Second Appointment
            (within 1-2 weeks depending on complexity of project)
            - Appointment will be scheduled at Nursery to review plans, quote and discuss options and/or changes

Step 3: Upon Review of All Options, Plans, Photos, Quotes, and Changes, a Contract will be Signed and the Quote Accepted

Step 4: Scheduling of Project
            - Upon Receiving of a 50% down payment (made by Cash, Check, or Major Credit Card) your project will be insured a position in the schedule

Step 5: Notification of Project Begin Date
            - You will be Give an Approximate Start Date (Pending Weather and Unforeseen Delays)
            - You will Receive a phone Call to Verify exact Start Date at least one evening before

Step 6: Final Review
            - There will be a Final Evaluation of Project Plans and Lines will be painted on   Site

Step 7: Arrival of Materials and Work Begins

Step 8: Project Completion

Step 9: Customer Approval
            - Upon Completion of the Project you will approve work done and make the Final
Payment (Payment is due on day of completion)

Step 10: Enjoy Your New Addition!
